If you have a food processor or a high-speed blender, you have everything you need to make healthy frozen yogurt at home. Even better, it’s even easier than you think. Just toss all the ingredients into the food processor and blend to make this extremely simple, healthy and delicious dessert.
For this particular frozen yogurt recipe, I used a mixture of strawberry, mango, and peaches, mostly because it sounded so delicious in my head, and it turns out I was so right. The sweetness of the honey, strawberry and peaches are well balanced by the tartness of the mango and lemon juice. It is a delicious combo that couldn’t be more easy to make, and I’m sure you have most, if not all, of the ingredients sitting in your kitchen. Plus, keep in mind, that you could easily substitute any frozen fruit in to make the yogurt your own.
